Customer Reviews
So much better than Zoom!
WebinarGeek is seriously good, way better than fighting with Zoom for webinars. I picked up some Paid Webinars and was so happy to see how easy it was to set up. Plus, I love that you can generate certificates automatically, makes my life so much simpler! I'm definitely sticking with them.
Great value, almost perfect!
Glad I snagged that annual discount for Live Webinar, it made the decision to try WebinarGeek super easy. The Registration Pages are solid and it's definitely a better deal than some of the pricier options out there like Livestorm or GoToWebinar. Just wish they had a clear money-back guarantee policy listed, that would seal the deal.
Solid features, minor improvements
My experience with WebinarGeek was mostly positive. Ordering the annual subscription was simple enough, and the email with login details came through quickly. I particularly liked the Custom Branding options and the ease of setting up Automated Reminders. Delivery, in terms of getting access, was instant. However, I did find the integration with Zapier a little less intuitive than I'd hoped, requiring a bit more fiddling on my end. Overall, good quality service, just a small hiccup there.
Quick setup, worked well
Needed to host a Live Webinar. Setup was fast. Used the Q&A Sessions and Screen Sharing. Everything ran without issues. Good platform.
Good value for yearly plan
As a first-time buyer, I was looking for the best deal. I signed up for the 14-day free trial first, which let me test out the features like Live Chat and Registration Pages. When I decided to commit, I went with the annual plan to get the 20% discount. It felt like a solid saving for a year of access. The process was straightforward, and I felt I got good value for what I paid.
Consistently reliable platform
I've used WebinarGeek for several events now, and this latest one for an Automated Webinar was just as smooth as the others. The setup process is familiar, and the analytics always give me useful insights. I appreciate that I don't have to relearn the system every time. It just works, which is why I keep coming back for my webinar needs.
Decent platform, some quirks
I used WebinarGeek for an On Demand Webinar. The platform's ease of use for setting up the event and using the Email Invitations was a definite plus. Customer service, when I had a question about Multi-presenter Support, was responsive and helpful. The overall value for the price point is fair. My only minor gripe was that the layout of the Webinar Embeds section could be a bit clearer; it took a moment to figure out. But it's a capable tool for hosting professional webinars.

Share tips, ask questions & help fellow shoppers save more
I'm looking at their plans, and thinking about the annual billing. Does that 20% off just happen automatically when I pick the yearly option, or do I need a code?
Do I have to download anything for my audience to watch the webinars? Or is it all browser-based?
I heard they do Black Friday deals. Are those usually just for new sign-ups or can existing users get in on it if they upgrade?
Can I integrate WebinarGeek with my CRM? Like, automatically send leads over?
Can you use your own branding on the webinar pages? Like, custom logos and colors and stuff?
How does WebinarGeek compare to Zoom for actual webinars? I know Zoom can do webinars but sometimes it feels clunky.
Hey, thinking about trying WebinarGeek. How easy is it for someone who's never hosted a webinar before? Like, super simple setup?
What's the deal with their free trial? Is it like a stripped-down version or the full thing for a couple weeks?
